Our Story
Mcleods Accounting (Mcleods) began in 2005 at the Elio Moda building in Brisbane's CBD. The firm was formed from a national insolvency and restructuring firm and has grown steadily since its beginnings.
Mcleods has been serving the turnaround and restructuring industry for 20 years and is led by Directors Bill Karageozis and Nick Keramos. Nick and Bill are passionate about providing service which can be compared to national firms, while also maintaining the capability in being able to service large-medium organisations and compete with well-known mid-tier firms in the insolvency industry.
When Jonathan McLeod founded the firm, was with the purpose in offering Large to Medium enterprises a professional service without the requirement of being a national practice.
Today, the firm is operated on the same principles, with Bill Karageozis and Nick Keramos at the helm.
