Nick Keramos and Bill Karageozis were colleagues in the industry and long term personal friends, and discussed on occasions over many years, the concept of coming together under the same firm. Nick made the bold proposal of commencing a dedicated Gold Coast office, to service client referral partners locally. The Gold Coast office was established in July 2021, and can be considered today as a competitor in the Gold Coast restructuring and insolvency space. The Gold Coast office has a dedicated team in Southport, which works alongside their Brisbane colleagues. The establishment of this milestone was the preface of Nick and Bill's business partnership.
